Save the Puppies!

An old, dear friend asked me for a favour recently, that being to promote the petition by the SPCA to increase penalties for animal abusers. Yes, I know what you're thinking, 'What a waste of my time.' Come on, it takes 60 seconds to fill out the petition. Just your name and email address. Their goal is to increase fines on people who abuse those poor kittens, pups and what not from a measly RM200 to RM10,000. A worthy use of 60 seconds, in my opinion.
